Upload your rendering
Want to get involved in one of our projects, or have a restoration idea for a building at risk in Scotland? Help us to create renderings for different vacant buildings and contribute to get these buildings being brought back to life! In return, we will promote your work on our App and social media and you could even be part of the project team when the project goes ahead.

At Grand Bequest we would like to make reusing historic buildings a mainstream practice. For that to happen, we need everybody's engagement and participation. From helping us locating vacant and derelict buildings to envision their future use. If you are an Architect, 3D artist or just a person with basic modelling skills and want to contribute to the process of saving these buildings, here is the space to do it. We are looking for images that represent YOUR vision for the future of the buildings, it does not matter how crazy it is. We will use the images to help communities imagine the opportunities these buildings can offer, which in return will create discussion and hopefully a project.

We understand that these images take time and effort, that is why we also want to help you back by promoting you and your work. Additionally, if the images have enough impact during the community process we could offer you to be part of the project and keep developing your idea.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Top ten GraND Graded Buildings
These buildings have been calculated by Grand Bequest as having the highest Grand Grades (to find out more about Grand Grades, click here). This means that we at Grand Bequest considered them to be the most viable buildings to both conserve and adaptively restore. Do you have a vision of how they might be sustainably conserved and restored, why not submit a potential rendering, elevation or floor plan?
